• Send the document by e-mail to info@acutetranslations.com, or contact us to upload the documents onto our ftp server, specifying your information, the source language, the target language(s) and the delivery date.

We will send an estimate via email within one business day.

Confirm your acceptance of our offer by the use of our online form Confirm a quote, email or fax.

You will receive the translated document(s) and invoice by the agreed delivery date.

You can make payment to the account indicated on the invoice within 30 days (by credit card, PayPal, Moneybookers or wire transfer).

How and When To Pay

Invoices must be paid within 30 days of receiving the translated document unless otherwise agreed. You can use these 30 days to evaluate the translation and if you are not satisfied, just tell us using the procedure outlined in our terms and conditions.

Services lasting over 21 days will be invoiced 50% on commencement and 50% on completion.
Services running under 21 days will be invoiced in full on completion.

We accept the following methods of payment:

• Wire transfer
• Credit card (Via Paypal or Moneybookers)
• PayPal
• Moneybookers

We are proud to be one of the few companies to offer delayed payment on Internet purchases, but we expect these payments to be as punctual as our deliveries and we have a strict credit collection policy.
