Acute Translations’ 7-Step Total Quality Assurance Strategy
Seven steps to assured quality, for every project, every time.

  • Translator Screening. One of the keys to good translations lies in the linguistic excellence of the translator. Our translators are expert linguists who only translate into their native languages.
  • Communication and Project Management. The second key to good translations is outstanding communication. Once we receive your order, it will be assigned to a Project Manager, who will act as a liaison between you and all the language experts working on your project. That way, all questions will be answered and any uncertainties will be addressed quickly and efficiently.
  • Key Term Check. A third key to good translations is, obviously, use of the correct terminology. Before we begin the actual translation, we first extract and translate key terms, creating a project glossary.
  • Translation Memory. Increasingly, a fourth key to good translations is the use of TM software. All of our translators use Translation Memory software, which enhances translation quality and consistency.
  • Proofreading. The fifth key to good translations is checking and then checking again! As soon as your translation is received from the translator, it is passed to a second linguist for proofreading.
  • Final Print Check. The sixth key to good translations is the final print check.
  • Final Client Check and Approval. This, of course, is the final key to good translations – happy clients! We are happy to review every element of the translation with you, and aim for your 100% satisfaction.
